How do I clean my decanter?

Tips from Georg Riedel: After use, rinse the decanter thoroughly with warm water until the water runs clear. Do not use soap. No one has drunk from the decanter and alcohol is a natural disinfectant.

Is Riedel Glassware dishwasher safe?

Do not overcrowd your dishwasher so that glassware is banging against other items. If your dishwasher comes with a stemware rack, utilize it. Remove glassware after the final rinse cycle. If left in during the dry cycle, soap reside in the steam will redeposit on the glasses.

What is the turnaround time for my order?

Please be advised that all ordes are processed immediately and the shipping cutoff time is 1:00PM (EST). All orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.

How will you deliver my order to me?

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Edison, New Jersey during normal working hours. You have the option to select UPS Ground, UPS 2nd or 3rd day delivery at your cost. Please also check our home page for promotional shipping offers (subject to change at any time).

Do I need to be at home to sign for delivery?

How do I know if my order has been received?

You will receive an e-mail confirming your order has been received.

Can I add to an existing order?

Unfortunately not; once we have received your order it will be processed immediately so any additions will need to be sent to us as a new order.

Can I order outside of the US?

It is possible to order from outside the US however we are only able to ship to a US address.

How can I pay?

When will you charge my credit card?

Your credit card will be charged immediately after the order is placed and your credit card has been authorized.

Do I have to pay tax?

As our company is located in New Jersey you have to pay tax for all orders shipped within New Jersey. You will not pay tax for all orders shipped outside of New Jersey.
